Mumbai, 03 May 2019: Mahindra has given a facelift to its compact SUV, the TUV300, with design enhancements and new feature, and priced it at INR 8.38 lacs (ex-showroom Mumbai).
The TUV300 brings authentic SUV styling into the compact SUV space. With the new enhancements, it sports a bolder and more muscular look, and offers a new aggressive piano black front grille with black chrome inserts, muscular side cladding & a newly designed X-shaped metallic grey spare wheel cover. The new headlamp design with daytime running lamps and carbon black finish add to the improved styling.
The interiors designed by Pininfarina have a premium look & feel with new silver accents. Features such as the new reverse parking camera, 17.8 cm infotainment system with GPS, static bending headlamps & micro-hybrid technology are in tune with current technology offerings in the segment.
Having sold over 1 lac units till date, the TUV300 is based on a chassis derived from the Mahindra Scorpio, and combines the space & comfort of 7 seats with performance and features. Powered by the mHAWK100 engine, it delivers 100 BHP and 240 Nm of torque. The cushion suspension technology & optimised ride height offers a considerably improved drive experience. Additionally, the tough body shell made of high-strength steel ensures occupant safety.
Customers have the option of choosing from 7 colours, including 2 new ones, Highway Red & Mystic Copper, in addition to the dual tone Red + Black / Silver + Black, Bold Black, Majestic Silver and Pearl White colours. Besides the existing variants (T4+, T6+, T8 and T10), there will also be an optional pack, T10 (O), which will have leatherette seats and lumbar support.
